arc Wellness Studio Pilates Membership Terms

You are agreeing to pay one of the following:

  • $43 per week for 1 studio pilates group class per week

  • $80 per week for 2 studio pilates group classes per week

  • $107 per week for 1 studio pilates group classes per week

This session will be a regular class with an ongoing booking at the same time every week. We can not guarantee availability of suitable class times.

Your payment should be set as an automatic payment paid by bank deposit, that comes out on the same day every week. Payment must be at least 2 days before your ‘usual’ class. If you attend a class on a Mon-Wed you should make payment the Friday prior, classes taken Thurs - Sat should be paid on the Tuesday prior to allow time for your payment to clear before your class.

Payments which are missed without prior email notice of an eligible ‘membership holiday' will be invoiced, regardless of whether a class has been attended that week or not. Failure to pay upon receipt of invoice may incur administration and debt collection charges. The price of the membership may be reviewed, and at least 1 month notice of any increases will be given.

Membership holidays

‘Membership holidays’ are available when you will not be attending classes for a period of two weeks or longer. You must notify us by email to info@arcwellness.nz at least 2 weeks prior to the holiday.

You are responsible for pausing your payments for the time you are away, and to resume them prior to restarting your classes.

Should you suffer an injury or illness that means you will not be able to attend your classes for a period of greater than 1 week, we may at our discretion allow an immediate membership pause, and extend the expiry of prepaid ‘passes’ until you have recovered. We may ask for medical evidence of your incapacity. Should you need to cancel the membership fully we may require payment for the cancellation notice period.

Class expiry

1 class per week ‘passes’ have a 14 day expiry period from time of payment.
2 and 3 class per week ‘passes’ have a 28 day expiry period from time of payment. Sessions not used within the expiry period will be forfeited.
Your ‘passes’ can not be transferred to another client.
‘Passes’ cannot be used within a ‘membership holiday’.

Missing classes

In the event that you cannot make your regular class due to other commitments/illness/injury etc you are expected to still make your weekly payment.

Provided 16 hours notice of cancellation is given by email to info@arcwellness.nz you may book a ‘make up’ session at another time, within the expiry period of the original session. This is likely to mean you attend more than your usual number of sessions in one week to fit your ‘make up’ session(s) in.

Sessions missed without 16 hours prior notice of cancellation are deemed ‘Late Cancellations’ and will be forfeited. You will not be able to book a ‘make up class’.

In the event that we cancel your regular class either due to teacher leave or unexpected circumstances, we will do our best to offer an alternative teacher or the option to move to a different class in our schedule. Should this not be suitable for you, we may (at our discretion) allow a membership and payment holiday for the affected class but you must notify us by email at least 16 hours prior if you are unable to attend the alternate arrangements.

Termination of Membership

1 month notice must be given by email before ceasing the Membership. Minimum 1 month term. No refunds are available.
