Group Strength Training Classes
Mat Room, Upstairs Kelburn with Felipe (Max 6 people)
Our Group Strength Training Classes are designed to help you to improve your strength, muscle mass, fitness, mobility, and balance in a supportive environment.
Perfect for those who may not attend the gym, these classes focus on increasing your strength over time.
Each session begins with a dynamic warm up to prepare your body for exercise. This is followed by a circuit workout or a collective workout session designed to target various muscle groups using functional and compound movements.
Whether you're new to strength training or looking to build a solid foundation, our classes offer a welcoming space for everyone to achieve their fitness goals and improve overall strength.
Though experience is not necessary for joining these Group Classes, we do encourage a 1:1 with Felipe before joining if you have had any recent injuries or you have conditions such as osteoporosis or osteopoenia. It may also be helpful for those who have never been to a gym or feel unsure of basic forms of movement such as squats, lunges, push ups (knee push ups).
Please advise Felipe of any medical condition that is current to you, even if you think it may not be relevant.
Please bring a small towel, a water bottle and sticky socks if you have them.
