Nina Morreau

Owner, Senior Physiotherapist, Pilates Teacher, MNZSP, PINC Cancer Rehab certified, Pelvic Health Physiotherapy credentialed by Dr Melissa Davidson, Polestar Pilates Mentor, MNZSP.

Nina has worked in Musculoskeletal, Sports and Orthopaedic Physiotherapy since graduating in New Zealand in 2008. She has completed a post-graduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture in 2011 and maintained an interest in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including acute and chronic low back, neck and knee pain along with migraines and headaches and more recently in Pelvic Health.

Nina believes in a holistic approach to care. She recognises the importance of attaining a clear diagnosis, providing evidence based rehabilitation and identifying predisposing factors to prevent recurrence of injuries for a successful long-term outcome.

Working at a number of hospitals in London has exposed her to a wide range of post-operative conditions. She enjoys a hands-on approach to therapy including mobilisation, manipulation and deep tissue techniques in conjunction with Education, Acupuncture, Pilates and Bio-mechanical analysis using a multidisciplinary approach.

Nina completed the Polestar Pilates course while working in London and loves the diversity of the exercise in rehabilitation as well as its’ amazing benefits in everyday health and wellbeing.

Nina will also be taking pre and postnatal classes in the reformer studio, upstairs in our Kelburn Practice.
